December 31, 2005 I had the honor of performing at the Mayor's New Year's Eve Ball! It was a very nice event and I was thrilled to be included. WHAT AN HONOR to make it to the TOP 30 in Arizona Idol and have the chance to sing at the infamous Dodge Theater! Just thinking about the amazing artists that sang on that stage gave me the chills! It was a great experience. Thank you so much to Fox News Channel 10, the judges and those who made this event possible! By the time the evening ended, I found out I had placed in the TOP 10! What a great feeling! I was then advised I'd be moving on to the finals performing live on the Fox News Morning Show and was so grateful to have the experience! Thank you also to all of my wonderful family and friends who came out in full force to support me in your "Kandace is my Arizona Idol" tee shirts. It meant to much to have you all there and was very nice to see your posters flying from the stage LOL.
